Site Boundary


College House is located at 32-36 College Green and lies within the College Green Conservation area.  

Existing site


The existing site was built in the 1960s, and contains retail units at the ground floor level. The upper floors were originally used as office spaces, but are now vacant.  

Front elevation


Our proposals will retain the existing appearance of the building frontage, aside from minor remedial works.

Rear elevation


The rear of the site requires changes to meet our servicing requirements. These include the installation of high-quality ventilation grills, and a lourved plant enclosure at the first floor roof level. 

Basement floor


The basement floor spans 250m2 and will contain community amenity spaces for study and relaxation, as well as bicycle storage and refuse & recycling storage with a bin lift. 

Ground floor


The ground floor will have a new reception area with communal seating, tea points and post & parcel storage.
